Brands and services

Zagite and future related product brands may operate under their own domains and names, while the contracting entity can remain Trancom s.r.o. unless stated otherwise.

What may be sold

Trancom may sell software access, subscriptions, prepaid credits, AI-assisted services, hosted applications, developer tools, domain/infrastructure-related services and related digital products.

Refunds and cancellation

Unless product-specific terms state otherwise, paid subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods via the product account, billing portal or by contacting billing@trancom.eu. For digital services, prepaid credits or custom work, refunds are evaluated individually according to the nature of the service already delivered, applicable law and the relevant payment provider rules.

If a payment was made by mistake, a duplicate charge occurred or access was not delivered, contact support@trancom.eu or billing@trancom.eu with the order, invoice or payment reference.
